Ingredients
Fruits (plum/peach/mango)
Sugar
Milk
Powdered Milk / Condensed milk
Splash of vanilla
Optional garam masala (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon)
Method
Boil some milk. Add condense milk or powdered milk and sugar. It should be thick. Boil until it thickens more. Add enough sugar to cover for the fruit as well
Cut. Up your fruits and puree them.
Once the milk is done, pour it into a dabba.
Add your fruit puree and mix well.
Refrigerate the mixture.
Once it is frozen, take it our and give it a spin in the grinder. Your ice cream is done, Refrigerate for future use.
